What is an Integrated Management System?
We maintain certification through our Integrated Management System, structured around the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
Our Integrated Management System (IMS) has been developed and implemented to advance the comprehensive performance, preserve our remarkable quality and tenacious customer service and to administer a stable footing for sustainable development initiatives. The unanimous resolution by management to working towards these ISO accreditations manifests our commitment to providing a high-quality and consistent products and services to our clients and our ongoing investment in technology and development.
Our IMS is used to conserve effective quality of operations in all areas of the business; from quality of products and services all the way through to associated functions, such as financial operations. Lofts uses a custom-built IT system integrating databases for quotations, supply contracts with quarries, customer order processing, contracts and communications with drivers, and the management of day-to-day orders. Through this system, we capture data associated with customer requirements, subcontractor performances, routine processes (order progression), product characteristics; and we constantly monitor the management of problems and opportunities (preventive actions). Our proven system ensures that we can deliver on the standards that are expected of us.

Lofts is committed to meeting all quality related objectives as defined within its Management System and complying with all regulatory requirements. We endeavour to ensure a competitive price structure by means of our extensive range of suppliers, which also allows us to offer an extensive product range. We strive to remain ahead of competition through technology and its infiltration throughout our business from our in-house computer systems to GPS driver tracking. ”
